It was a huge pleasure to be invited once again to speak and compere the November Sports Lunch of Sports Aid Cymru Wales.
What a great afternoon with a sellout audience and a lovely opportunity to catch up with my old friend Phil Steele and from the photo I can tell you we both haven't changed in 50 years - and 50 years ago is when we first met more or less.
Brynmor Williams and Phil gave two superb speeches that had the crowd laughing out loud on a wonderfully entertaining afternoon in a first class venue.
I'll be back again in March 2024 for the Spring Lunch with guest Robert Jones, the former Wales and British Lions player.
It promises to be a fabulous afternoon.
